Zepydra is an angel NPC in Diablo Immortal.

Zepydra has a low opinion of humans and their wont for violence, but is willing to work alongside them as need dictates.

Biography

Zepydra was part of a group of angel sentinels led by Verathiel. They discovered the Realm of Damnation as it was taking shape. Cut off from the High Heavens, they carved out a foothold in the realm, battling demons over the eons.

The following events do not necessarily occur in order, but have been arranged to be as chronologically accurate as possible.

Horn of Harmony

"I am with you, Kyrel. Let our unity disperse the Hellspawn."

Zepydra arrives to aid Kyrel

Sometime after Skarn's death, Zepydra heard the melody of an angelic horn as they roamed the Realm of Damnation. At the site they found Kyrel—alongside a human, battling demons. Zepydra joined the battle to help, and after the demons were killed, thanked the mortal for serving their purpose. Zepydra later returned to the Last Vestige.

Hellstorm

"Damnation has called a storm to us, and it threatens the entire holdfast. I thereby raise a shield of light. Watch as I prepare it. This task is not above you."

Zepydra feared that a Hellish storm would overtake the Last Vestige. With the aid of a hero/group of heroes, two standards were raised, conjuring a shield of light that would protect the holdfast.

Waiting Doom

"Three from the Last Vestige were not at their appointed positions. This bodes ill. Your feckless violence may have utility, mortal. Accompany me as I search for them."

Zepydra in the Halls of Punishment

Zephydra realized that three angels had gone missing. With the help of a hero/group of heroes, Zepydra ventured into the Halls of Punishment to rescue them. The first angel they encountered was beyond saving, and with the second, they could not intervene due to "the doom." They stayed with the second angel to break the curse, while they sent the hero(es) to retrieve the third angel. They returned with the second to find the hero(es) taking care of the last demons, and the third angel was saved as well. They and the angels headed back to regroup, while they told the mortal(s) that they would have need of each other again.

Zepydra appears in the Realm of Damnation zone in the "Hellstorm" and "Waiting Doom" side quests.

Zepydra's gender is never specified; in quest text, terms such as "them" and "they" are always used.
