Seeking Congealed Terror. It is a rare substance to find, but I have heard the zealots and adherents who follow the Cult of Terror often reach a point of devotion to where they produce it from their tear glands. I also heard the Cult of Terror is quite active in Stormpoint. Coin will be paid on delivery.
