In the Sahptev faith, Ymil is the god of the rivers, emblematic of emotion, intuition, and the life-giving properties of water. Very few of the Monks of Ivgorod align themselves with this deity, preferring the strength and resolve attributed to deities such as Ytar and Zaim.[1] Some Monks, most notably Akyev, argue that Ymil is a capricious and indescive god.[2]
