Wyand Voidbringer is a super unique Council Member 2 who guards Mephisto's chamber in the Durance of Hate.

History

Wyand Voidbringer was once a member of the High Council of Zakarum. When Mephisto used his corrupting influence to use the Zakarum in shattering his Soulstone, one of six small pieces of the Artifact was pierced into Wyand's left hand. The piece caused the left half of his body to mutate into a demon-like state.

Game

Wyand Voidbringer can heal himself and teleport away after taking heavy damage.

Trivia

• The Voidbringer part of his name indicates his Teleportation nature.
• The High Council consists of two pairs of similar Members, two Hands (Vilehand and Dragonhand) and two Fists (Icefist and Sparkfist). It seems that Blizzard made a typo in Voidbringer's name which should have been Voidfinger to complete the third pair with Flamefinger (the game files further confirm this, where he is specifically reffered to as "Wyand Voidfinger" in monster table).
