Bloody Rage: Wrath of the Berserker now throws you into a Blood Rage for 5 seconds, increasing the damage you deal to Bleeding enemies while also granting you 20% Movement Speed for each Bleeding enemy nearby, stacking up to a maximum of 40%. Wrath of the Berserker Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary off hand hammer Bloodseizer.

Bul-Kathos's Rage: Wrath of the Berserker now causes the blood of Bul-Kathos to boil within you for 6 seconds, causing nearby enemies to Burn for damage, but no longer increases Attack Speed. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary off hand axe Sundered Legacy.
Cruelty: Wrath of the Berserker now increases Critical Hit Chance instead of Attack Speed. Wrath of the Berserker Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary off hand axe Broken Soul.
Retaliation: Wrath of the Berserker now causes you to retaliate against enemy attackers for 5 seconds, dealing damage to nearby enemies when you are attacked. Cannot trigger a retaliating attack more often than once every 0.8 seconds. Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary off hand hammer Bergbreaker.
Thirsting Berserker: Wrath of the Berserker no longer increases Attack and Movement Speed, and instead now increases Critical Hit Damage by 50% and gives you 20% Life Drain for 5 seconds. Cooldown becomes 12 seconds. Wrath of the Berserker Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary off hand hammer Roar of Persuasion.
Wrath of the Brawler: Wrath of the Berserker now enters a brawler's rage for 5 seconds, during which your Primary Attacks become a series of punches, dealing damage to enemies. The third hit grabs the enemy and throws them forward, dealing Increased damage to nearby enemies (enemy players can be grabbed in this way once every 3 seconds). Wrath of the Berserker Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary off hand hammer Skull Mill.

Eternal Equipment[]

Magic Attribute: Has an 80% chance to trigger an explosion every 0.5 seconds, dealing damage to all nearby enemies.

Broken Calling: Wrath of the Berserker also makes you immune to knockback effects for 4.75 seconds.

Falling Thunder: Wrath of the Berserker also enrages you when you are near a Bleeding enemy, increasing the damage you deal by 28.5%.
Horns of Harrogath: During Wrath of the Berserker, slaying enemies increases your damage dealt by 1% for 8.4 seconds, up to a maximum of 10%.
Loathsome Lamina: Wrath of the Berserker also grants you a shield for 6 seconds that absorbs damage.
Nature's Temper: Wrath of the Berserker now also causes your Primary Attack to consume your Life, dealing additional damage with each strike.
Ramshackle Fight: During Wrath of the Berserker, each Critical Hit will reduce its cooldown by 0.6 seconds, up to a maximum of 3.6 seconds.
Solemn Crown: Wrath of the Berserker also increases your Attack Speed by 10%.
Sullen Vow: Wrath of the Berserker also increases your Primary Attack Speed by 30% for 5.7 seconds.
