Banshee: Wraith Form now causes enemies you touch to flee in Fear and damages them. Wraith Form Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary pants Proximal Fear.
Blood Rush: Wraith Form now teleports you to a target location. Wraith Form Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary pants Pitless Pace.
Disembodied: Wraith Form now your Movement Speed by 50% and Evasion Rating by 20% for 5 seconds, while also allowing you to move unhindered through enemies and generate corpses when you pass through them. Wraith Form Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary pants Bleak Augury.

Nether Tether: Wraith Form now quickly transports you to your target. Upon arrival, you deal damage and Fear all nearby enemies for 3 seconds. Maximum 2 charges. Wraith Form Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary pants Strange Sojourn.

Spectral Parasite: Wraith Form now targets an enemy, causing you to transform into a parasitic wraith that hides inside the target's body for 2.5 seconds. While hiding, you cannot be targeted and are immune to damage. After a duration or when you use any skill, you will emerge from the target and damage nearby enemies. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary pants Veiled Parasite.

Ethereal Boundary: Activating Wraith Form removes all effects which cause loss of control or decrease Movement Speed. Wraith Form Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%.
Revenant Wind: Wraith Form now calls forth spirits to haunt up to 3 nearby enemies, dealing damage over 3 seconds, while weakening them, reducing the damage they deal. The duration of this effect is extended by 0.5 seconds with each skill the enemy uses while suffering from this effect, up to a maximum of an additional 4 seconds. Damage increased by 90.0%.
- Wraith Form cooldown decreased by 10%. (Awakened)
Simulacrator: Wraith Form now also leaves an effigy behind that forces nearby enemies to attack it and then explodes for damage. Damage increased by 90.0%.
Stroke of Midnight: Wraith Form cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds each time you are hit. Cooldown cannot be reduced by more than 1.5 seconds maximum. Wraith Form Cooldown Reduced by 3.6%.

Wondrous Underworld: Wraith Form now also conjures two wraiths in random directions. Wraith Form Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%.
