Waystruck is a small town between Tristram and the Rogue Monastery. The town has a little more than several houses clustered around a well, a shrine, a smithy and an inn.[1]
History
Andariel tasked The Slayer with guarding the path from Waystruck to the Rogue Monastery. To that end, The Slayer employed several tribes of Fallen Ones to both harass the town and do the legwork in his search for The Butcher's Cleaver. In the end, it was several heroes who were heading for the Rogue Monastery, where they found the Cleaver and confronted The Slayer, destroying him before ultimately moving on to assist the Rogues in dealing with the Maiden of Anguish herself.[1]
Townsfolk
- Delpha - A priestess and seer among the Sisters of the Sightless Eye, and the leader of the town.
- Taggart - The village blacksmith.
- Gwen - The village innkeeper.
- Sophie - Gwen's daughter, an aspiring Rogue.
