Warzechian Armguards are Legendary bracers in Diablo III. They require a Character Level of 31 to drop.
The unique legendary power offers 50% movement speed for 4 seconds whenever The Nephalem destroys a breakable object. The bracers can therefore be valuable for quick farming; most zones have enough breakable objects to maintain the boost permanently between battles. Any type of wreckable object will suffice, even those that do not drop loot and are not targetable.
These were originally known as "Haroutunian Arm Guards", likely in reference to game designer Zaven Haroutunian. They formerly had an unusually high 5 yard Gold / Health Globe pickup range bonus, but were patched to reduce it to the standard amount.
