Warstaff of General Quang is a legendary daibo for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.

The unique affix adds a Tailwind rune to any other for the Tempest Rush skill, making it even more deadly if combined with Momentum. The damage type is determined by the manually selected rune.

Prior to patch 2.1, it also granted a movement speed bonus.
