Vischar Orous was the chief librarian of the Zharesh Covenant. He conducted research on the Prime Evils and other demons, obtained through information gathered from Vizjerei Mages who summoned demons into Sanctuary.
Orous's careful and scholarly research endured past his death, and was passed down to future generations through historical and scientific tomes. Deckard Cain used Orous's writings when compiling his own work.[1]
