The Vigilante Belt is a legendary belt for the Crusader in Diablo III. It requires character level 9 to drop, and is no longer on the loot table for classes other than Crusaders.
This is the only belt to offer Cooldown Reduction. Its unique legendary power also creates a very strong synergy between Fist of the Heavens and Steed Charge.

- Reduces cooldown of all skills by 5.0% - 8.0%.

- While Steed Charge is active, Fist of the Heavens deals increased damage equal to your movement speed, and is automatically called down on a random nearby enemy at an interval based on your attack speed if it is on your action bar.

Patch changes[]
Prior to Patch 2.1.0, the Vigilante Belt was known for its Cooldown Reduction, and could also have Life per Hit, another statistic that cannot normally appear on a belt.
In Patch 2.7.6, the belt received a significant rework, becoming a Crusader-only item with its new power. It formerly had no unique legendary power and could drop for all classes.
