An adventurer inside the vault
The Vault of the Immortals is used by the Immortals to store their loot,[1] and the tools they use in their defense of Sanctuary.[2] The vault is constantly raided by the Shadows, as a means of testing the Immortals.[1]
In-game[]
The Vault appears in Diablo Immortal. It appears in the Raid the Vault and Defend the Vault events.[1]
Items[]
Items are automatically added to the Vault. All of the items have perfect stats, some of them may be exceptional, and the level requirement is 20 levels above server paragon level. Every Sunday, Immortals can request items from the vault. The number of requests depends on the player's contribution rank. If two or more players request the same item, the player with the higher contribution gets the item. The items are distributed with the Weekly Commendations (or sent through mail if not claimed, which is always the case at the end of the reign).
Only primary-slot items can appear in the Vault, even though there are filtering options for secondary-slot items.
History[]
Originally, Immortals had to complete Elder Rifts with crests to add items to the Vault. In the October 25, 2023 update, this was changed such that items are automatically added. The same update increased the chances of improved gear attributes, and made the distribution of the items between classes more proportionate to the class distribution among the Immortals.
