Uliana's Destiny is a Boots piece of the Uliana's Stratagem set in Diablo III, added in patch 2.3.0.
They only drop at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty. Note that these can only be worn by Monks.

- Increases damage of Exploding Palm by 9000%, and Seven-Sided Strike detonates Exploding Palm on hit (6 pieces)
