Triune Leader Death Guard Concept
The Triune Leader Death Guard was to be a new type of monster, revealed only in the form of Diablo III concept artwork. Their relation to Triune Leader Blood Guards is unknown.
The monster did not make it into the game. Their models and concept art were used for Morlu Legionaires afterwards.
Appearance[]
The Death Guard is an executioner style entity, personifying the true power of brute force and melee in combat. They are members of the Triune who are related to (or are possibly the same as) the Dark Cultists.
