Trag'Oul Coils are Legendary bracers in Diablo III. They require character level 70 to drop.
As of patch 2.4.2, it gained a new legendary affix: Spike Traps gain the Impaling Spines rune (in addition to any other) and are deployed twice as fast. The latter property means that casting speed is doubled for this spell, not that the spell regains charges faster.
This effect has most impact on the Scatter rune, as it effectively quads the damage output compared to the unmodified skill.

Development
Prior to patch 2.4.2, the unique affix instead allowed replenishing all resources and reducing all remaining cooldowns by 45-60 seconds in addition to regaining Life whenever a player used a Healing Well (not a Pool of Reflection). Builds relying on long-recharging skills like Archon could carry these bracers with them in the inventory, equipping those before using a well.
Due to the way Realm of Trials worked before being removed, these bracers were very effective for builds with long cooldown skills, as those usually had trouble taking out multiple monster waves in a row.
