- Timur-Koll(src)
Timur-Koll is an elderly Barbarian living in the Frozen Tundra. He was among the Barbarians who fought against Army of Destruction at the Frigid Highlands.[1]
Biography[]
Timur-Koll was married to Marketta. Together, they had a daughter named Ellin. Before Arreat was sundered, he (presumably) lived at Harrogath with his family. When Baal attacked Mount Arreat, he volunteered to serve the vanguard in the defending army. Unfortunately, while they fought Baal's army at the highlands, Baal razed Harrogath, with his family being part of the casualties.[1]
He carried their corpses south to an old burial site near Sescheron to be buried. At their graves, he placed some Lyonsleaf which bloomed even in winter. Since then, he was plagued with survivor's guilt and almost lost his will to leave .[1]
At a point in late 1270,[2] he decided to pay his respects to his family. On his way he was attacked by Frost Horrors. He defeated them, but was injured in the process. Shortly after, he met an adventurer who he pleaded with to escort him the rest of the way. As he paid his respects, he discovered that the Lyonsleaf he planted had been removed. He asked his companion the bring him some Lyonsleaf while he has some privacy to pay his respects.[1]
Before the adventure returned, Timur-Koll was attacked by a group of Frost Horrors, led by an Elder Horror. His companion arrived in time to aid him. Once the demons were defeated, they advised him to seek refuge in Bitter Hearth.[1]
