Tilnan the Collector is a vendor in Act II of Diablo III.
Biography[]
When the Black Soulstone was destroyed, shards of the artifact containing the essences of the Great Evils wound up in Sanctuary. Belial's shard was obtained by Tilnan, who wondered if the shard came from Belial's true form, or if such a thing even existed.[1]
