The Mists Our Home

The Mists Our Home is an Ancients' Cradle side quest in Diablo Immortal. It triggers by talking to Incanna whenever she appears in the western wing of the Hall of Unholy Nativity.

Incanna: The land remembers what the Mother gave us. Shield me, and I will draw it out.
Class: I can only promise to try.

Incanna: Yes. I can feel it starting to breathe. A new Pathstone. We must nurture it further. Another blessing. continues her journey

Class: If making a Pathstone is so simple... why didn't your people do it before?
Incanna: We tried. It was as if the Fire of Life refused to birth a new Pathstone while the first remained.
Then it broke.^[3] I prayed. A vessel came to me, floating in the waters near my home.

Incanna: (begins to empower the new Pathstone) Protect me, and I will make it whole.

Incanna: Morwith stole our faith. But I can feel it returned. Follow me, and let us call the mists back to the Cradle.
Class: Be careful with your stone. I don't like the look of this.

Incanna: The Mother's embrace was all we ever needed. We will be restored.
No more threats. No more outsiders. Except you, of course.

Incanna: (brings out the Pathstone) This is it. Will you give us harmony again?

Incanna: This blood-red fog... my heart feels like it's going to beat out of my chest...

Cardomonte: Whatever we cannot take from the land, your fear will deliver us.
Incanna: (mutters to self) No...

Incanna: Perhaps Morwith was right to flee. Perhaps we are doomed here.
Class: Don't fault yourself for trying to make things better. You're still alive, aren't you?
Incanna: For the moment. I am sorry to have involved you in this failure, traveler. We shall sing of you anyway.
