The Mangler

The Mangler has nice damage, at the cost of almost everything else.

This item can never be found in multiplayer Diablo I, since the Wicked Axe will always appear when a unique Large Axe is dropped. It can be found in Single Player, but only if two unique large axes drop in the same game. The Wicked Axe will be the first, then this one.
