The Hunger is a 2-star legendary gem in Diablo Immortal.
Stats[]
- Instantly heal for X% of your base damage + 567 total Life, when you defeat an enemy. Increases your Attack Speed by Y% for 3 seconds after defeating an enemy. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds.

Awakening[]
The Hunger requires the following Legendary Gems to activate Resonance set bonuses after Awakening:
- Defiant Soul (1-star, unlocks at Rank 4)
- Follower's Burden (2-star, unlocks at Rank 6)
- Cutthroat's Grin (2-star, unlocks at Rank 8)
The following Resonance set bonuses can be activated after reaching the needed Resonance from the above gems:
- 10: Damage done to shielded enemies increased by 4%
- 30: Damage to full Life enemies increased by 5%
- 50: Damage increased 4% to enemies below 30% Life
The following Legendary Gems require The Hunger to activate Resonance set bonuses after Awakening:
- Power & Command (2-star, at Rank 6)
- Lightning Core (2-star, at Rank 8)
- Pain Clasp (2-star, at Rank 8)
- Zwenson's Haunting (5-star, at Rank 4)
