The Hole is a 2-level optional dungeon accessible from the Black Marsh
The second level is non-randomized and contains a treasure chest guarded by numerous monsters (including champions and uniques).
In Diablo II: Resurrected, the Black Marsh can become terrorized. Whenever it becomes a terror zone, The Hole also becomes terrorized. Both have average monster and unique density, and both are fairly accessible due to the Black Marsh's waypoint.
