Prior to Patch 2.1, it had another unique affix instead: a chance on attack to deal a burning Crushing Blow. This dealt 6-8% of the victim's current Life, proving to be most useful against bosses in the beginning of battle (though the chance to proc was affected by the attack's Proc Coefficient). It could not be enhanced and could not score Critical Hits, but it worked even when equipped on Eirena. The effect only triggered once per target from one skill, but it also had no internal cooldown. The maximum damage it could deal at once was also limited (seemingly by the character's own Toughness). This affix was revamped to provide a bonus to damage against elite monsters in 2.1.0 due to balancing reasons.
