The Cursed City is a standard 5-wave cursed chest event found in the Paths of the Drowned in Act V. Typical creature in the waves is the Flesh Gorger. It is only available inside one of the FAKE passages of the Passage to Corvus. So don't go exploring the REAL passage (the one with a way-point) but the other three passages that have dead ends.
It can appear in Campaign mode and in Adventure mode both as a Cursed Event on its own or as a Bounty.
