The Confined are a type of Transformed encountered in the Abandoned Prison in Diablo Immortal.

The Confined
Time in a gibbet cage is a common punishment for Stormpoint prisoners without influence. The warping power of the Worldstone fused those thus confined to their cages. With the prison unsealed, they now crawl into the light in search of vicious indemnification.[1] Now, they crawl or roll around, even dropping from the ceiling to attack their foes.[2]
