The special property works just like The Butcher's hook: it drags one enemy (provided that enemy is not immune to Knockback) to the character. The effect has a 10 second cooldown, but does not depend on the Proc Coefficient. Larger enemies and bosses will not be dragged, but will instead suffer a very brief Stun. Even attacks that do not hit anything can trigger this effect.
