The Blackthorn Arbiter is a Necromancer cosmetic in Diablo IV. It contains eight components, and can be purchased for 2700 platinum.
Occasionally, a Priest of Rathma will overindulge in their powers, upsetting the sacred Balance. The Arbiter claims their head to tip the scales, restoring the Balance to true.

- The cosmetic set is a possible reference to Blackthorne; an early game created by Blizzard Entertainment. In the game, Kyle "Blackthorne" Vlaros claims Sarlac's head as a trophy by game's end.
