Terror Adherents appear to be a step above Terror Zealots in the cult's hierarchy, and are responsible for the summoning of lesser demons.[1] They often reach a point of devotion where they produce congealed terror from their tear glands.[2]
In-game[]
Terror Adherents are a type of monster found at Stormpoint zone in Diablo Immortal. They also make an appearance in "The Chainbreakers". They are members of the Cult of Terror. They have access to blood magic, which they use to fire bolts at the player.
