Diablo Wiki

Telluric Pearl is a type of item in Diablo Immortal. They can be used to craft 5-star Legendary Gems.

There is no connection between this item and Telluric Fragments, other than both being related to Legendary Gems.

There are currently three ways a player can receive Telluric Pearls:

  • By trading hilts with Lieutenant Fizriah, the Hilt Vendor in Westmarch (1 per week).
  • Through participating in limited-time events.
  • From purchasing specific in-game shop bundles, such as Seeker’s Supplies and Rift-Runner’s Supplies. The Seeker’s Supplies bundle refreshes in the shop every Monday and Thursday.
  • Battle Pass: Free Rank 40, Premium Ranks 1, 20 and 40 (choice between 2 Telluric Pearls and 1 Fervent Fang)

Telluric Pearl Crafting

The Telluric Pearl crafting interface

After collecting 40 Telluric Pearls for the first time, the player needs to talk to Vic in Westmarch to initiate a quest, then complete an Elder Rift. At the end of the Elder Rift, an additional NPC called Yriah [Gem-Binder] will appear, who will provide access to the Telluric Craft interface. The crafted gem always has a 2/5* rating.

After completing the quest, the Apprentice Jeweler will have a Telluric Craft option.

Telluric Pearls can also be used to upgrade the now-unobtainable Mourneskull by using 4 pearls in place of a rank 1 copy of the gem. This crafting option only appears when selecting the rank 1/3/5 copy slot on the gem upgrade screen if there are enough Telluric Pearls and Gem Fragments in the player's inventory to craft the copy at the respective rank.

History[]

Introduced in the October 12, 2022 update.

Originally, the only way to craft using Telluric Pearls was via the Gem-Binder. In the March 8, 2023 update, the option was added to the Apprentice Jeweler after successfully crafting for the first time.
