Tassi is an NPC in Diablo Immortal.
Biography[]
Tassi is an adventure hailing from the Umbaru. By 1270, she was on a pilgrimage that required her to obtain seven stones (one of which was the Iceburn Tear).[1]
The Frozen Tundra[]
Her journey led her to Bitter Hearth; a Barbarian village on the Frozen Tundra. There she met the Shard-seeker on a quest to enter the Unformed Land in order to stop a fallen monk from giving a Worldstone shard to a demon.[1]
She sent them to retrieve the Iceburn Tear, which would help her "reduce the bite of the fangs of death."[1] With the help of the stone, she was able to transport the hero(es) to the Unformed Land.[2]
After the defeat of the Twin Souls, she promised to follow the hero(es) into the Realm of Damnation after she settled some issues.
Realm of Damnation[]
After settling her issues, Tassi journeyed into the Realm of Damnation. There, she was caught unaware by the population of demons in Hell and was surrounded. Luckily for her, she was saved by the hero(es) who were alerted to her plight by Kyrel[3] Because of that incident, Tassi began looking for better ways to kill demons en masse.[4]
Later on, she was saved by the hero(es) and Idahir from possession by a demonic skull.[5] Since she was not able to find a sustainable method of killing demons en masse, she devised a way to use the Iceburn Tear to freeze demons from within.[6]
During her time in the Realm of Damnation, she noticed Hell Portals opening in the realm, from which demons exited, praising the name "Azmodan." While she didn't know what the name meant, she wrote to the Shard-seeker, advising that they should close the portals before this "Azmodan" arrived.[7]
The Unmaking[]
C. 1274, Tassi had left the Realm of Damnation, and was at Bitter Hearth when the Unmaking began. She followed the other defenders to fight against the hordes of demons.[8]
In-game[]
Tassi appears during the Frozen Tundra questline in Diablo Immortal. She appears in side quests in the Realm of Damnation after players complete the main quest.
She provides the "Harbingers of Sin" bounty.
