Ladder Only?[]

It appears they did the same with Widowmaker as they did with Azurewrath. Its present status on the Arreat Summit is Ladder Only.

I don't know when they changed it but i got it in Act V in Hell yesterday on 1.13 (old version, yeah, i know) just in case someone cares.
