Look at this: Image:Triune Cultist Artwork.jpg. Do you think Triune Cultist is the monster class and Dark Cultist a sub-type? Oh, and the writing on that says:

- Sounds of chanting and wrist bells. (their bracelets seem to have bells on them).

- Hmmm. They don't look similar. Let's make separate pages for now and make mini-disambigs at the top to each other. You make it and add the image.
