- Probably because a lot of players don't want to use a Countess Julia's Cameo. If they even find one. Personally, though, as a tank, I didn't find him to be overly difficult. If you can't take the pain, move it is what I would say. As for your question.... well, that's a good one. Can't exactly say that I find a bit of complaining on the forums either. - While I don't think that is a credible source, I thought it's worth adding to give at least some reason behind the claim (personally, I agree that without CJC it is a hard boss, although not nearly as hard as Blighter or Bloodmaw). He is not the hardest, he is one of the hardest. Still, I agree that it may be omitted. The only thing I want to bring back is that CJC is actually making fight with him way much easier.
