Sure the "Group 3" is correct? I just had a single-player game (Rogue, second playthrough) with all three of Magic Rock, Arcane's Valor and Halls of the Blind in the same game. (And also, so down to dungeon level 8, Odgen's Sign, Poisoned Water Supply, Zhar the Mad, and 4 random uniques.)
