Sureshrill Frost is a unique Flanged Mace.
As its name implies, it has a large added Cold damage, as well as its ability to Freeze targets. Additionally, having charges of Frozen Orb can help in situations where enemies swarm or surround the user, pelting them with a rain of Ice Bolts. Melee characters can appreciate the Cannot be Frozen attribute if they're lacking some other item to do so.
