Steuart's Greaves are Legendary boots in Diablo III, added in patch 2.6.0. They require character level 52 to drop, and can only be used by Necromancers.
The unique affix adds one more utility to Blood Rush, for even more mobility with this skill. The speed buffs from multiple casts do not stack.
