Starmetal Kukri is a Legendary Ceremonial Knife for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
The unique affix makes it one of the best knives for Fetish-oriented builds, allowing the Witch Doctor to hold the Big Bad Voodoo cooldown reduced most of the time. With Zunimassa's Haunt set, one does not need to refresh Fetish Army often, for it lasts forever anyway, but in fact the Big Bad Voodoo will become permanent: it will recharge faster than its effect expires. Note that the affix works on all types of Fetishes, no matter how were they summoned.
It is also one of the few weapons to increase Critical Hit Damage.
