Stagger Passive Enemies deal 4% less damage per point for 3 seconds after being hit by Lightning skills.
Requires: Overcharge OR Ceaseless Bolts |
Stagger is a Sorceress passive talent.
In-game[]
Each application of this effect (does not depend on Proc Coefficient) refreshes the duration, but it does not stack with itself from multiple casts. There is no limit on how many targets may be affected at once.
Its effect stacks (non-multiplicatively) with the Numbing Cold, but unlike that talent, it affects all damage the enemies do, not just damage to the Sorceress.
