Spines of Seething Hatred are a Legendary Quiver for the Demon Hunter in Diablo III. It requires character level 29 to drop. In patch 2.1, this item replaced Silver Star Piercers.
The unique affix turns Chakram into Hatred generator: instead of spending Hatred, it generates one. However, for all purposes, it still counts as secondary, Hatred-spending skill.
Despite the Game Guide stating it has 3 random affixes, it actually has 4, to the total of 7 (like any other legendary Quiver).

- Attack Speed Increased by 15.0–20.0%
- Chakram now generates 3-4 Hatred
- +4 Random Magic Properties
Seeing their enemies flayed serves only to fuel the thirst for revenge that burns within a demon hunter’s breast.
