Spectre of the Wastes is a Necromancer cosmetic in Diablo IV. It costs 1200 platinum.
Once every three years, these followers of Rathma gather in Ked-Bardu to discuss their findings in the Steppes. Their explorations of late have been curtailed by the growing cannibal hordes that plague the countryside.
