Skular's Salvation are Legendary bracers in Diablo III, added in Patch 2.4.0.
The unique affix empowers Ancient Spear (with Boulder Toss rune only), and multiplicatively enhances its damage even further if it hits less than 5 enemies.

Skular was one of the few Barbarians to survive Baal's destruction of Sescheron. These bracers are the reason.
