Skorspine the Marrowrot was a giant scorpion monster found in the Prison of the Scorpion. Its bones provided the creature with unnatural strength and flexibility.

Skorspine the Marrowrot

Skorspine is a boss in Diablo Immortal. It is encountered in the quest "Fahir's Legacy."

In the first phase, Skorspine attacks with pincer strikes, dual-pincered swipes and dash attacks. The latter 2 attacks cause knockback.

At ≈67% total health, Skorspine creates a field of poison gas around the arena. It frequently retreats, summoning Vile Stingers to attack the player. Skorspine attacks by spraying a cone of poison, or pummeling the player with its tail. The latter attack leaves toxic pools that persist till Skorspine is killed.

It drops Skorspine's Wrath when defeated.
