Skehlinrath, Lightning Bringer, is a Unique Khazra Shaman found in the Southern Highlands in Act I of Diablo III. He always spawns in the khazra fortified compound that may appear instead of the Ancient Pyre.
In combat, he has Electrified and Thunderstorm affixes, and shoots lightning bolts instead of cold orbs.
