Shocking Strikes Passive Each time Lightning skills hit an enemy, they take 8% increased Lightning damage for 1.5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times, to a maximum bonus of 40%.

Shocking Strikes is an ultimate Sorceress passive talent in the Lightning branch. It cannot be taken with Lightning Mastery.
In-game[]
With every damaging hit, regardless of Proc Coefficient, multiplicatively boosts all Lightning damage taken by the target, stacking up to 5 times.
The maximum damage bonus is identical to the Lightning Mastery, but due to short duration, it may be challenging to actually hold it at 5 stacks. To compensate, it works without having to come closer to the enemy.
