- Icy Sentry: Sentry becomes empowered with Frost, inflicting damage on enemies and 40% Chill for 1 second. Sentry Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary helm Frozen Guardian's Sight.
- Mortar: Sentry now fires mortars that explode for damage to all enemies in an area. Sentry Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary helm Ysil's Contained Destruction.
- Point of Hatred: Sentry now summons focused hatred that follows you for 6 seconds, continuously firing at nearby enemies, dealing damage. The targets of your Primary Attacks will be prioritized. You may now have up to 3 sentries deployed at one time. Sentry Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary helm Bad Deal.
- Shadow Sentry: Sentry now summons a shadow arrow tower, at a designated location, to attack surrounding enemies, causing damage each time for 6 seconds. Sentry Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary helm Boar at the Door.

- Chainbolter: Bloody chains now also connect your Sentry turrets. Each chain. provides 30% damage reduction to your Sentries, up to a maximum reduction of 60%.
- Nightwarden's Eye: Sentry damage increased by 13%.
- Watcher's Salvation: Sentry maximum number active increased by 1 and Sentry maximum charges increased by 1. Sentry Cooldown Reduced by 7.2%.
- Sentry Life increased by 10%. (Awakened)
