Segithis

Segithis was the servant of Fahir.[1] It appears that Segithis was the one responsible for killing Rani Oran's husband when the two entered the Tomb of Fahir. At the least, her husband's wedding ring ended up in Segithis's possession.[2]

In 1270, a hero/group of heroes entered Fahir's tomb, successfully striking down the undead king. At Fahir's command, Segithis bound him in web and wisked him away to safety. Segithis was later killed, but told his foe(s) that Fahir was now beyond their reach. Searching the area, the hero(es) couldn't find Fahir's remains anywhere.[1]

Segithis appears as a boss in Diablo Immortal, inside the Tomb of Fahir.

In the first phase of the fight, Segithis isn't attacked directly, but rather, his legs are, each effectively its own 'monster.' They slam down, dealing damage. During this phase, Segithis has an area-of-effect attack, swee ping one of his arms horizontally. There is a visual indicator as to where the strike will land beforehand. He also shoots out projectiles. At the end of each phase, Segithis can be attacked directly, before the legs prop him up again.

In the second phase, spider web projectiles will be set out. It can also shoot out web at the player, slowing their movement once it's tethered to them.

In the third phase, Segithis is attacked directly.
