The Scourge is a legendary two-handed sword in Diablo III. It requires character level 29 to drop.
The special effect creates a blast dealing damage to everything within 10-15 yards of the character. The chance to trigger scales with proc coefficient on every attack. In addition, this sword has a guaranteed socket.
