A Sanctifier Proxy
Sanctifier Proxies are a variant of the Afflicted seen in Diablo Immortal. They were elite Sanctifiers before succumbing to the affliction of the Fire of Life.
They attack using their "wings". Their left "wing" can summon a tornado, and their right, a meteor which combines with the wind to create a firestorm.
