Sage's Purchase is a Gloves piece of the Sage's Journey crafted set in Diablo III.
They require character level 70 to be equipped. The level 60 equivalent is Sage's Gesture.

Sage's Purchase can be crafted using the Plan: Sage's Journey, 72000 gold, 20 Reusable Parts, 20 Arcane Dust, 30 Veiled Crystals, Corrupted Angel Flesh and Westmarch Holy Water.
Prior to Patch 2.0.6., it also required one Mystical Source, obtained from unique Unicorns.
