Royal Guards are members of King Leoric's guard, resurrected to undeath to serve the Mad King.

Lore

The cursed spirits of Leoric's guard still carry out the oaths they swore in life. Clad in burial armor, they pursue and cut down any who trespass on the manor grounds.

The Royal Guard is a type of skeleton enemy in Diablo Immortal. They are encountered at Ashwold Manor (including the Carriage Landing sub-zone), and in "Mad King's Breach."
