The Roiling Horror is a demon. It was summoned by Dravec to delay the Shard-seeker when they invaded the Cult of Damnation's lair within the Khazra Den.[1]

The Roiling Horror is the boss of the core quest, Into the Khazra's Den.
A version of it named Torrid One appears in rifts. It is also seen as a boss in level 40 of the Path of Blood. It is one of the demons summoned by Sargoth before his boss fight.
Combat[]
- Summon Minion: The Roiling Horror spits a glob of flame to its front, which is absorbed into the ground. Six small pools of flame form around the area, which produce one Fallen Lunatic each.
- Inferno: The Roiling Horror produces a stream of fire from its mouth, which damages and burns the player.
- Fire Volley: The Roiling Horror rears back and spits out several balls of flame from its mouth upwards, which travel in a projectile. Wherever they land becomes scorched, which persists for 5 seconds, and causes damage if the player moves over them.
